Sinclair Pharma signs distribution agreement with Graceway

World report - Sinclair Pharma, based in the U.K., has signed an agreement to sell U.S. distribution rights for Atopiclair cream and lotion, for the treatment of atopic dermatitis, to U.S.-based Graceway.

- Sinclair Pharma, based in the U.K., has signed an agreement to sell U.S. distribution rights for Atopiclair cream and lotion, for the treatment of atopic dermatitis, to U.S.-based Graceway, according to Pharmaceutical Business Review.

Sinclair received 3.1 million in cash rather than future royalties. Though, the payment is equivalent to the royalties Sinclair would have received from Graceway over the next five years. Graceway also relinquished its right of first refusal for Sinclair’s dermatology products for the U.S.
