Neal Bhatia, MD: Hi, this is Dr. Neal Bhatia. I'm the director of clinical dermatology at Therapeutics Clinical Research in San Diego. It is the time of year again for the "TED and Neal" show, with Dr. Ted Rosen, which is all about new drugs in dermatology. The Maui Derm 2023 version is going to be packed full of exciting information on new topical therapies, updates on JAK inhibitors, updates on other systemic therapies, and even some new other approaches for cosmetic issues, as well as some of the other things that are pending in dermatology research, and things that would have just recently been approved or will be approved in 2023. There's a nice overview of some new drugs for different dermatoses as well as some other approaches for daily topics like atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. Of course, Dr. Rosen and I usually keep an eye out during the year for new therapies that are either newly approved, or those that are pending approval, and even more so we look at the way that we would treat patients in the trenches. It's going to be an exciting time talking about new drugs in dermatology and we'll see what the "Ted and Neal show" has in store. I wish everyone a Happy New Year, and we'll see you on the islands.
