Foam Sclerotherapy Requires Fewer Injections

DALLAS - Although still in its infancy, foam sclerotherapy is a promising new treatment technique for telangiectatic, reticular, and varicose leg veins and has the potential to achieve higher rates of resolution with fewer injections compared with conventional sclerotherapy, Robert A. Weiss, M.D., said at the annual meeting of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
