Recently, Cartessa Aesthetics, LLC has launched its newest device, Physiq, a novel, dual-modality system that offers deep heat to target tissue and electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) to reeducate muscle in one session.¹ Physiq has 4 applicators that can be individually adjusted to conform the energy and modality delivered to 1 or more areas of the body. Each session runs anywhere from 24 to 36 minutes. It is a handsfree treatment that requires no downtime and can be changed for any patient’s body goals.
